So you’ve bitten the bullet and decided to place an order with us ...great! We promise to get your order to you as quickly, safely and inexpensively as possible.
FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS...
that means your order is shipped via one of two ways. I preferred method is Fastway couriers. They are quick, reliable and good value. Plus their service is trackable.
However, they don’t go everywhere and their rates go up for non-urban/non east coast deliveries. So in those cases we resort to using Australia Post’s Next Day Delivery Service (which is actually only ‘next day’ if you live in one of capital cities). This service is also trackable
Either way your order will get to you within 2-5 working days anywhere in Australia.
In case you want to know before you go into the shopping cart these are what we charge for postage:
up to 250gm - AU$2
251gm to 500kg – AU$8
501gm to 999gm – AU$12
1kg to 2kg - AU$15
2kg to 3kg - AU$18
If you spend more than $150 then we don’t charge for freight.

FOR NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS...
Do you want the good news or bad news first? Well the good news is we don’t charge you the GST that we have to charge our Australian brethren. The bad news? Well I guess its the exchange rate AND the following rates which Australia Post charges us to get your order to you:
up to 250gm - AU$5
251gm to 500gm – AU$16
501gm to 999gm – AU$24
1kg to 2kg - AU$38
2kg to 3kg - AU$46
FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD...
Believe it or not we’ve shipped orders as far as Denmark (hi Lief!) and even to Swaziland (hi Elanor) so I guess we can ship anywhere. We don’t charge you guys the Australian GST (Goods & Services Tax) . Generally as a guide, for orders outside of Australia or New Zealand these are the freight costs:
up to 250gm - AU$11
251gm to 500kg – AU$24
501gm to 999gm – AU$30
1kg to 2kg - AU$57
2kg to 3kg - AU$65
Note 1: if you are wondering what the AU in front of the $ sign is its an indication that we charge in Australian dollars (generally known as the Pacific Peso ...though its made a recovery)
Note 2: The prices for non-Australian orders is only a guide. We will check what the least expensive (but still secure) method of shipping will be and get back to you with the figure.
